REMEMBER:- per the law a man can not be commanded to lay a claim with a 4ProfitCORPORATION - that is entering a man in to a 'CONTRACT' without their knowledge or agreement aka fraud
Man lays all claims for 'trespass' in the common law court also known as the Queen's / King's court [for the Queen / King is first and foremost a 'man' as all men
The Queen can not enter in to or be holding of any CORPORATIONs
The 'JUDICIARY' is a 4ProfitCORPORATION with all judges having 'IN-CORP-ORATE-D themselves - they are mortmain ; mortmain = 'dead' 'hand' and CORPS = DEAD BODY - Mortmain are INCAPABLES
Man can not be 'contracted in' without his 'wet signature' ; for an INCAPABLE to say else is trespass fraud by the IN-CORPS
ACTs of Parliament that trespass man to cause harm / injury or loss are VOID - there is no law that says man can be harmed for that would be unlawful - an ACT on man can not be unlawful and lawful at the same time
The ACTors of Parliament are Privy Counsellors - if they create an ACT that harms man they have committed felonious trespass agin man and the Queen can not exonerate them for that ACT - to exonerate would make the unlawful 'unlawful and lawful' at the same time which is impossible
the Queen may only exonerate/ reduce the punishment but must take in to consideration the will of the people ( as they are there by the will of the people only )
